Роль Государства В Достижениях В Сфере Информационных Технологий В Индии: Опыт Для России

Abstract

Достижения Индии в сфере информационных технологий достаточно хорошо известны. Если в 1990/91 фин. г. валовая стоимость программного обеспечения (ПО) и сопутствующих услуг (СУ) составила 50 млн. амер. долл., то уже в 2003/04 фин. г. почти 15 млрд. долл., а в 2005/06 фин. г. валовая стоимость превысила 30 млрд. долл. Был выбран экспорториентированный путь, и экспорт программного обеспечения составил 480 млн. долл. в 1995 г.2, 4,2 млрд. долл. в 2002 г.3, 12, 4 - в 2003/04 фин. г., 17,7 - в 2004/05 фин. г., 23,4 - в 2005/06 фин. г.4 и 31,3 млрд. долл. в 2006/07 фин. г5. По этому показателю Индия занимает второе место в мире после США.
