Прошлое, Настоящее И Будущее Староосвоенных Периферийных Районов Нечерноземья (На Примере Костромской Области)

Abstract

Статья посвящена полимасштабному рассмотрению процессов поляризации сельского хозяйства и сельской местности. Новые рыночные условия привели к усилению территориального разделения труда и уходу сельского хозяйства туда, где есть ресурсы - на юг и в пригороды. Выход сельского хозяйства России из кризиса наблюдается в определенных ареалах, концентрирующихся в основном в более благоприятных природных условиях и в районах, сохранивших демографический потенциал и трудовые ресурсы. В статье рассмотрены также возможности решения аграрных проблем властными и прочими структурами в стране в целом, в рамках региона, периферийного административного района, сельского поселения.
