Альтернативный Проект Реформы Российской Академии Наук

Abstract

Правительство РФ 28 июня 2013 года неожиданно внесло на рассмотрение Госдумы РФ Проект федерального закона «О Российской академии наук, реорганизации государственных академий наук и внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации». Но этот законопроект вызывало негодование академического сообщества, вынудив вмешаться в ход этих событий и Президента РФ Владимира Путина. Но Госдума, приняв внесенный Правительством РФ законопроект по этому вопросу во втором чтении, ушла на летние каникулы. Поэтому возникают множество вопросов: Чем продиктована такая реформа академий наук? Соответствует ли предлагаемый законопроект реформы Российской и других академий наук Конституции РФ? Как и зачем следует реформировать Российскую академию наук, объединив ее с Российскими академиями медицинских и сельскохозяйственных наук?
