Abstract

Издание FocusEconomics, имеющее солидную репутацию среди крупнейших мировых финансовых институтов, международных компаний и правительственных учреждений, как надежный источник бизнес-аналитики, включило Узбекистан в список десяти беднейших стран мира [1]. Включение Узбекистана в этот список показало ошибочность: – того факта, что руководство страны и Центрального банка Республики Узбекистан (далее – Центробанк РУз) не обратило достаточного внимания на мои предложения и рекомендации по ускорению либерализации валютной политике Узбекистана и неприемлемости для нашей страны скрытой девальвации сума, наносящей ущерб интересам нашего народа, изложенные в моих статьях [2-3]; – предложений и рекомендаций таких некомпетентных экспертов, как Юлий Юсупов о необходимости девальвации нашей национальной валюты по обменному курсу 7000-8000 сум за 1 доллар США [4]; – скрытой девальвации нашей национальной валюты, произведенной волевым решением Центробанка РУз 5 сентября 2017 года по курсу 8100 сум за 1 доллар США [5].
