    Сформулированы концептуальные положения, раскрывающие сущность понятия "бренд работодателя". Установлено наличие связи между брендом работодателя и уровнем удовлетворенности работников компенсационным пакетом, условиями труда, наличием условий для профессионального и карьерного роста и отношением руководства компании к сотрудникам. По результатам исследования построена регрессионная модель зависимости бренда работодателя от факторных признаков.
