Особенности Налогообложения Субъектов Рынка Электронной Коммерции

Abstract

В статье проведён комплексный обзор подходов к налоговому регулированию рынка электронной коммерции, раскрыты особен- ности зарубежных практик налогообложения, в частности, стран ЕС, США, Китая и др. Раскрыты особенности регулирования вопросов налогообложения субъектов рынка электронной коммерции международными организациями, в частности, ОЭСР. Обоснована необходимость усовершенствования системы налогообложения с учётом опыта ЕС, США и Китая. Представлены рекомендации по усовершенствованию налогового регулирования конкретных групп субъектов рынка электронной коммерции "Производители" и "Посредники". Определены прогнозируемые эффекты от имплементации указанных мероприятий.
