Мотивация Творческой Активности В Парадигме Философии Хозяйства

Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности творческой активности человека как источник мощной энергии для развития экономики. Показана сосредоточенность философии хозяйства именно на раскрытии смыслообразующих ценностных установок и моральных принципов личности, которые проявляются в ее хозяйственной деятельности. Показана смысловая разница между творческой деятельностью и креативностью человека за критерием их направленности на реализацию разного уровня целей. Исследована важность и необходимость именно духовной мотивации предпринимателей для решения как экономических, так и социальных заданий, которые улучшают и повышают морально-ценностные ориентиры в обществе.
