Abstract

В статье проанализированы основные изменения Директивы 2013/34/ЕС, подходы к ее внедрению в странах ЕС, критические замечания и рекомендации различных исследователей. Обоснованы необходимые изменения в законодательство Украины для имплеме- нтации Директивы на основе сравнительного анализа его положений и положений Директивы.
