Методический Инструментарий Организации Поиска И Отбора Персонала

Определена актуальность и охарактеризовано основные этапы удовлетворения потребности предприятия в персонале в современных условиях хозяйствования. Доказано необходимость и обобщены требования к формированию карты компетенций как инструмента отбора персонала. Разработан алгоритм выбора источников поиска кандидатов на вакантную должность. Даны практические рекомендации по организации процедуры отбора кандидатов с помощью метода "идеальной точки".
