    Обоснована необходимость идентификации расходов коммерциализации наукоемкой продукции на основе теоретических положений маркетинговых моделей диффузии инноваций. Показано объективный характер лавинообразного наращивания трансакционных издержек выбора из-за высокого уровня информационной асимметрии, которая проявляется в разрывах жизненного цикла принятия наукоемкой продукции. Осуществлена разработка и систематизация маркетинговых мер преодоления разрывов жизненного цикла принятия наукоемкой продукции в соответствии с экономическими интересами доминирующих категорий потребителей.
