Abstract

Раскрыто авторскую методику оценки глубины кризисных явлений по интегральному индексу, проанализировано её динамику в Украине в 2008–2013 гг. Выявлено силу влияния кризисных явлений на возможности сохранения человеческого капитала, сделан предварительный прогноз на 2014–2015 гг. Определены направления уменьшения негативного влияния кризисных явлений и формирования новых возможностей сохранения человеческого капитала в Украине.
