Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы финансирования высших учебных заведений и уделено внимание формированию сметы учреждений высшего образования в Украине. Описаны практика формирования и использования общего и специального фондов высших учебных заведений. Освещены особенности финансирования государственных и частных высших учебных заведений. Представлены перспективы финансирования высших учебных заведений в Украине.
