Abstract

В статье определены причины возникновения и существования дефицита государственного бюджета страны. В исторической ретроспективе рассмотрены основные источники финансирования бюджетного дефицита. Доказана целесообразность использования государственных ценных бумаг в качестве важного источника финансирования бюджетного дефицита.
