Abstract

В статье проанализированы особенности внедрения новейших стандартов регулирования деятельности системно важных банков как одного из приоритетных направлений посткризисного обновления системы наднационального финансового регулирования. Раскрыта сущность действующих и запланированных инициатив по обеспечению бесперебойной деятельности сверхбольших банковских учреждений глобального и национального уровней. Исследованы предложения по видоизменению отечественной системы финансового регулирования и надзора в Украине.
