Abstract

Разработана модель формирования кадрового обеспечения организации. Осуществлен анализ кадрового обеспечения по половой и возрастной характеристике, уровню образования, стажу работы, категориям должностей, уровню повышения квалификации работников, особенностям движения персонала и зачисления в кадровый резерв в системе Госкомстата Украины. Предложены меры по реализации плана формирования кадрового обеспечения Государственной службы статистики Украины.
