Індекс Екологічної Безпеки України: Концепція Та Оцінка

Abstract

Екологічна безпека держави – це складна та багатогранна категорія, яка потребує глибокого опрацювання та вивчення. У статті узагальнені теоретичні аспекти визначення екологічної безпеки України та її складових, проаналізовані позиції України за індексами екологічної безпеки, які складені міжнародними організаціями, серед яких Комісія OOН зі сталого розвитку, Міжнародний інститут сталого розвитку (IISD), Науковий комітет з проблем навколишнього середовища (SCOPE), Єльський університет. На основі опрацювання статистичних даних запропоновано концепцію оцінки індексу екологічної безпеки України задля подальшої адекватної науково – обґрунтованої оцінки сучасного рівня екологічного стану України у порівнянні з іншими країнами світу.
