Економічні Аспекти Зростання Експорту Продукції Апк України У Контексті Запровадження Стандартів Із Вуглецевої Сертифікації

Abstract

Метою статі є соціо-еколого-економічний аналіз та обґрунтування ефективності процедур екологічних стандартизації і сертифікації щодо вирощування та експорту зернових культур. Запропоновано визначати економічну ефективність використання стандартів із екологічної сертифікації у сфері аграрного природокористування якісними і кількісними методами. Якісне оцінювання ефективності стандартизації запропоновано проводити за аналізом економічних переваг, порівнянням обсягу виробництва певної кількості і якості продукції та матричним методом. Кількісне оцінювання економічної ефективності стандартизації запропоновано проводити на підставі доходів та затрат. Проведено обґрунтування економічної ефективності стандартів із екологічної сертифікації на прикладі вирощування та експорту ріпаку за непрямим методом на державному рівні.
