Abstract

Определены основные критерии оценки степени проблемности действующей бизнес-модели предприятия. Предложен методический подход к определению характера проявления мотивов слияний и поглощений. Разработана карта приоритетов принятия управленческих решений по трансформации бизнес-модели предприятия. Ключові слова: бізнес-модель, трансформація, проблеми, мотиви, злиття, поглинання, управлінські рішення, карта пріоритетів.
