Страхование Интеллектуальной Собственности: Мировые Тенденции И Перспективы Для Украины

Abstract

В статье проанализировано современную практику страхования интеллектуальной собственности ведущих стран мира, определены особенности толкования термина "страхование" нормативно-правовыми актами Украины, показана взаимосвязь имущественного интереса, риск-менеджмента и страхования. Раскрыта система экономических взаимоотношений, связанных с созданием, использованием и охраной объектов интеллектуальной собственности (ОИС) и сопровождающими рисками, которые обусловлены их использованием. Выяснены основные проблемы внедрения механизма страхования интеллектуальной собственности в Украине.
