Государственный Финансовый Контроль В Контексте Усиления Действенности Бюджетной Политики Стимулирования Регионального Развития

Abstract

В статье раскрыта сущность государственного финансового контроля как важного фактора усиления действенности бюджетной политики стимулирования социально-экономического развития регионов. Определены основные субъекты, осуществляющие контроль, их полномочия, указаны инструменты контроля и рычаги влияния. Отмечена важность аудита эффективности. Предложен показатель оценки уровня выполнения бюджетных стимулирующих программ.
