Abstract

В работе исследовано економические и нормативно-правовые последствия, наступающие после подписания Украиною Соглашения про создание зони свободной торговли с ЕС. Определены существенные вызовы относительно подписания Украиной Соглашения, которые обуславливают имплементацию системы технического регулирования ЕС. Исследовано наиболее важные аспекты технического регулирования Украины в направлении горизонтального и отраслевого законодательства, которые нуждаются в немедленном реформировании.
