Abstract

Статья направлена на анализ институциональных аспектов формирования организованного аграрного рынка. С целью выявления основных институтов и институций, которые влияют на феномен "организации" автор анализирует отечественную институциональную среду, которая находится в стадии становления. Рассматриваются основные процессы, которые протекают в результате формирования организованного рынка. Автор исследует теоретические подходы к институциональному аппарату.
