Внедрение Экологической Ответственности В Практику Менеджмента Отечественных Предприятий

Abstract

В статье обоснована сущность экологической ответственности как составляющей КСО. Дана общая оценка наиболее существенных экологических проблем Украины. Установлено отсутствие интереса к природосбережению у отечественного бизнеса в целом, о чем свидетельствует быстрый рост затрат предприятий на уплату экологического налога, в то время как темпы роста капитальных и текущих затрат на охрану окружающей среды минимальны. Осуществлена оценка уровня имплементации экологической ответственности в практику менеджмента ведущих отечественных компаний по данным их нефинансовых отчетов и оценка отображения экологических индикаторов, установленных стандартом GRI, в отчетах социально ответственных компаний. Определено, что уровень внедрения экологической ответственности в практику менеджмента является крайне низким даже для предприятий – лидеров рейтинга КСО в Украине. Обоснована необходимость повышения экологической ответственности на всех уровнях.
