Abstract

Статья посвящена такой актуальной для современного книгоиздательского бизнеса проблеме, как управление инновациями, которые оцениваются как перспективная стратегия для конструктивного развития отрасли. Выявлено, что современные тенденции спада интереса к книге требуют от издателей внедрения новых инновационных методов производства и распространения. Выяснено, какие инструменты можно при этом использовать.
