Диагностирование Типа Динамики Социально-Экономических Систем С Использованием Топологических Тестов (На Примере Стран Ес)

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена методика реализации отдельных элементов топологических тестов с целью выявления наличия аттракторов и диагностики типа динамики исследуемой социально-экономической системы на примере индексов промышленного производства отдельных стран ЕС. Результаты показали практическую возможность реализации указанных графических тестов стандартными средствами распространенных табличных процессоров. Проведенный анализ временного ряда индексов промышленного производства Греции показал наличие области, в которой система потеряла признаки наличия детерминированного хаоса, что привело к снижению ее возможностей к саморегулированию и адаптации в кризисных условиях.
