Необходимость Внедрения Экологической Маркировки На Отечественную Молочною Продукцию

Abstract

В статье отражены основные тенденции развития молокоперерабатывающих предприятий Украины, рассмотрен ряд проблем институционального характера, а также проблему низкого качества отечественных молочных продуктов, выявлены факторы, которые на нее отрицательно повлияли. Обоснована необходимость проведения полной сертификации предприятий отечественного молокоперерабатывающего комплекса и внедрение экологической маркировки на производимую молочную продукцию. Раскрыты основные преимущества потребителей и производителей молочной продукции от использования продукции с экологическим знаком. Выявлено необходимость скорейшего совершенствования системы эколого-экономического управления деятельностью молокоперерабатывающих предприятий на всех его уровнях. Ключевые слова.
