Abstract

Исследованы разрешающие возможности институционализма как междисциплинарной методологии, синтезирующей современные достижения философии, политологии, экономической и институционально-экономической теории, социологии, наиболее адекватно описывающей взаимодействия экономических субъектов, в т.ч. государства и бизнеса на рынке госзакупок. Получены удовлетворительные результаты решения проблемных ситуаций в системе госзакупок РФ на пути институционализации централизованной модели как на микро- (на примере Южного федерального университета), так и на макроуровне в рамках формирования Федеральной контрактной системы, целеориентированной на интеграцию всех этапов государственной контрактации – планирования, размещения госзаказа, управления и инфорсмента госконтракта..
