Abstract

В рамках данной статьи рассмотрен ряд принципов Стратегии инновационного развития и варианты улучшения методологии управления NPD-проектами. Акцент сделан именно на стоимостном управлении как наиболее актуальном в условиях сокращения притока зарубежных инвестиций, низкой конкурентоспособности выпускаемой продукции, а также слабой эффективности государственных инвестиций в области инноваций. В качестве ключевого инструмента реализации рассмотренных принципов Стратегии выделяется модель стоимостного управления NPD-проектами, а также организационно-экономический механизм их реализации. Отдельно даются рекомендации в области перевода и адаптации специализированного стандарта PDMA Handbook of New Product Development, который позволит не только перенять лучшие практики реализации проектов по созданию инновационных продуктов, но и увеличить уровень компетенций менеджмента.
