Abstract

Объективный анализ и прогнозирование теплосбережения в России в настоящее время весьма затруднительны, так как статистическая отчетность по энергоносителям ориентирована в основном на показатели производства топлива и энергии, а не на показатели их потребления. По оценке экспертов основные потери ТЭР происходят при сжигании топлива на ТЭС и котельных. Одной из главных причин высоких потерь энергии на стадии преобразования топлива в электрическую и тепловую энергию является использование устарелых технологий генерации. В первой части статьи проводится анализ тепловых потерь в РФ и регионах Сибири. Во второй части статьи акцент делается на анализе возможности сокращения потерь ТЭР за счет реализации инновационных энерготехнологий. На основе комплекса энергетических моделей (Модели перспективного развития ТЭК регионов; Отчетный и прогнозный топливно-энергетические балансы регионов) проводится оценка потенциального объема сокращений потерь теплоэнергии на примере Кемеровской области. The objective analysis and forecasting of heatsaving in Russia are very difficult now as the statistical reporting under energy carriers is focused generally on indicators of production of fuel and energy, but not on indicators of their consumption. According to experts the main losses of FER happen when burning fuel on thermal power plant and boiler rooms. One of the main reasons of high losses of energy at a stage of transformation of fuel to electric and thermal energy is use of obsolete technologies of generation. In the part 1 of article the analysis of thermal losses in the Russian Federation and regions of Siberia is carried out. In the part 2 of article the emphasis is placed on the analysis of possibility of reduction of losses of TER due to realization of innovative power technologies. On the basis of a complex of power models (Model of perspective development of energy industry of regions; Reporting and expected fuel and energy balances of regions) the assessment of potential volume of reductions of losses of heat power on the example of the Kemerovo region is carried out.
