Abstract

В работе развивается аксиоматический подход к теории многосторонних индексов цен и количеств. В работе предложена новая индексная формула (многосторонний симметричный индекс). Благодаря своим математическим свойствам симметричный индекс определен для полуположительных матриц выпусков продукции в натуральном выражении и выпусков в текущих ценах. Многосторонний симметричный индекс удовлетворяет аксиоме (тесту) циркулярности по определению и может использоваться в программах международных сопоставлений. The axiomatic theory of multilateral indices of prices and quantities is developed. The new index formula (Multilateral Symmetrical Index) is proposed. Due to it’s mathematical features Multilateral Symmetrical Index is definable for semipositive matrices of industrial outputs in natural units and outputs in current prices. Multilateral Symmetrical index meets the Circle Axiom (Test) by definition and is applicable for International Comparisons.
