Abstract

В статье определяются сущность и содержание понятия общественной эффективности, инфраструктурного проекта. Рассматривается эволюция развития западных и отечественных методик анализа проектов. Проводится критический анализ современных российских методик. Из-за специфики инфраструктурного проекта необходимо при создании методики использовать как западный, так и отечественный опыт централизованной экономики.In article the essence and the content of concept of public efficiency of the infrastructure project are defined. Evolution of development of the western and domestic techniques of the analysis of projects is considered. The critical analysis of modern Russian techniques is carried out. Because of specifics of the infrastructure project it is necessary to use at creation of a technique both western, and domestic experience of the centralized economy.
