Abstract

Strategy and culture in credit business are closely interrelated. Strategic positions of success in providing credit facilities can be secured only when there is an appropriate credit culture. And a credit policy determines a general strategy of actions in lending activities and outlines general conditions for strategic planning and day-to-day decisions of the bank for credit extension
