Abstract

This article presents an approach to the calculation of script (forecasts), as well as a long-term optimal trajectory of the municipality development based on the author's multi-stage economic and statistical model and system of municipal management indicators. Calculated on that basis a set of control actions, provides an efficient in terms of specified criteria, as well as resource and technological constraints way to achieve the strategic objectives of the municipality. Submitted a review of the results of testing of the proposed mathematical tools for the real object.
