Abstract

В статье рассматривается методика исследования социально-инфраструктурного потенциала регионов России, учитывая его многоаспектность и содержательность, которые проявляются в отдельных составляющих: здравоохранение, жилищно-коммунальное хозяйство, образование, культурно-спортивный комплекс, транспорт и связь, торговля. Комплексная оценка позволяет провести ранжирование регионов России по потенциалу обеспеченности объектами социальной инфраструктуры, выявить наиболее типичные регионы, передовые и отстающие. The article discusses research methodology of social and infrastructure potential of regions of Russia taking into account its multidimensional nature and richness of content which appear in separate components: health, housing and communal services, education, cultural and sports complex, transport and communications, commerce. Integrated assessment gives opportunity to rank regions of Russia according to the potential of social infrastructure objects supply and to identify average, leading and backward regions.
