Abstract

В статье рассматривается миграционная ситуация в Новосибирской области, анализируются миграционные потоки, акцентируется внимание на проблеме «утечки мозгов». Миграционная политика рассматривается в контексте политики реализуемой в рамках «Государственной программы по оказанию содействия добровольному переселению в Новосибирскую область соотечественников, проживающих за рубежом, на 2007 – 2012 годы» и политики в области борьбы с «утечкой мозгов». The article discusses migration situation in the Novosibirsk region, analyzes migration flows, focuses on «brain drain» problem. Migration policy is considered in policies context implemented under the state program to assist the voluntary resettlement of the Novosibirsk region of compatriots living abroad on the years 2007–2012 and protected «brain drain» problem.
