В статье рассматриваются существующие проблемы и перспективы развития современных российских моногородов, особенно пострадавших от наступившего мирового финансово-экономического кризиса. За основу взят кадровый аспект деятельности градообразующих предприятий. Резюмируя выводы статьи, проблемы моногорода можно решить только в случае комплексного воздействия, проработки каждого из аспектов, влияющих на его состояние, в том числе и профессиональной квалификации жителей. In article existing problems and prospects of development of the modern Russian monocities which have especially suffered from come world financial and economic crisis are considered. For a basis the personnel aspect of activity the enterprises is taken. Summarising conclusions of article, monocity problems can be solved only in case of complex influence, study of each of the aspects influencing its condition, including professional qualification of inhabitants.
