Abstract

В статье проводится сравнительный анализ отечественной и зарубежной научной литературы и нормативно-правовой базы для определения структурных элементов научно-исследовательских и опытно-конструкторских работ, обосновывается применение новой терминологии для характеризации инновационных проектов, включающих в себя стадии фундаментальных исследований, разработок и ранней коммерциализации, выявляются особенности такого рода проектов как объектов оценки, проводится их классификация. The article presents a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign scientific literature and regulatory framework to determine the structural elements of the research and development activities, rationales applying of new terminology for the characterization of innovative projects, which include the stages of basic research, development and early commercialization, identifies features of such projects as the valuation objects, conducts their classification.
