Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу и оценке эволюционных процессов, присущих современной региональной политике в ЕС. Рассматриваются механизмы формирования и распределения средств из структурных фондов. Исследуется влияние мирового финансового и экономического кризиса 2008–2009 гг. на конкретные параметры и приоритеты региональной политики ЕС. This paper deals with the analysis and interpretation of modern processes inherent in the EU regional policy. The paper discusses the current arrangement in accumulation and allocation of structural funds. The special chapter is concerned with influence of global financial and economic crisis of 2008-2009 on specific parameters and priorities of EU regional policy.
