Происходящие в экономике России изменения определяют необходимость перехода отраслей и предприятий на путь инновационного развития. Создание предпосылок для конкуренции на мировых рынках во многом зависит от опережающего инвестирования не столько производства традиционных товаров и услуг, сколько инноваций. В отношении корпораций это означает, что модернизация выступает в качестве основного императива инновационного развития.
