Abstract

В статье анализируется формирование бизнес-ассоциаций на российских отраслевых рынках. Объединение участников рынков рассматривается как самостоятельный институт, показана его роль, приведены принятые классификации. На примере рынка лизинговых услуг анализируются существующие формы бизнес-ассоциаций, выявляются их структурные и функциональные особенности. Paper deals with business associations’ formation in Russian economy. Special attention is paid to institutional aspects. The role and typical classifications are shown. Detailed analysis of business associations on lease market is provided. Their structural and functional characteristics are discussed.
