Abstract

В статье дается краткий обзор докризисного состояния обрабатывающих производств в регионах России с ключевыми проблемами с акцентом на Сибирский федеральный округ. Приводятся относящиеся к Сибири выдержки из стратегических прогнозных документов по отдельным отраслям и сибирской стратегии ее социально-экономического развития. Цель статьи заключается в показе возможностей обрабатывающих производств как ведущих звеньев социально-экономического развития Сибири.The article provides an overview of pre-crisis condition of manufacturing industries in the regions of Russia to the key issues with an emphasis on the Siberian Federal District. Are excerpts relating to the Siberia of the strategic forecasting documents for individual branches and Siberian strategies for socio-economic development. The purpose of article is to show the possibilities of manufacturing as a leading factor of the socio-economic development of Siberia.
