Abstract

В статье рассматривается матрица построения конкурентной карты, позволяющая выделять 16 типов аптек, бенчмаркинговый (сопоставительный) анализ аптек по 6 критериям качества фармацевтической помощи для определения аптеки-эталона и степени разрыва в достижении значимых показателей аптек сети и аптеке-эталоне. The article considers the matrix of construction of competitive map, allowing to allocate 16 types of drugstores, the benchmarking (comparative) analysis of drugstores on 6 criteria of the quality of pharmaceutical aid for determining a standard – drugstore, and the degree of break in the achievement of meaningful indicators of network of drugstores and standard – drugstore.
