Abstract

Надежное энергообеспечение развития экономики страны невозможно без значительных инвестиций в электроэнергетику России. Приверженность качественному корпоративному управлению способствует упрочению доверия инвесторов, привлечению стабильных источников финансирования на более выгодных условиях. Анализу рисков для инвесторов в электроэнергетику России, связанных с низким качеством корпоративного управления послереформенных отраслевых генерирующих компаний, посвящена эта статья. Reliable power supply for the development of the Russian economy is impossible without considerable investments in the electric power industry of the country. A commitment to the high quality corporate governance facilitates strengthening of investor trust and attraction of reliable funding sources on more beneficial terms. The paper presents the analysis of investment risks related to poor quality of corporate governance in the power generation companies after the reform.
