Abstract

Статья посвящена обзору результатов, накопленных в процессе 40-летней эволюции теории стратегического управления компаниями, и обсуждению основных направлений ее дальнейшего развития в контексте экономики знаний. Показано, что в современных условиях успех стратегического управления во многом определяется способностью сочетать стратегически противоположные явления и интегрировать различные концепции, идеи, подходы в корпоративную стратегию и организацию бизнеса. The paper relates to systematization of strategic management theory results accumulating during 40 years. Main streams of the theory development in knowledge economy are discussed. The success of strategic management under the current conditions was demonstrated to be based on the capability to combine various antipodal effects and to integrate different concepts and approaches in corporate strategy and business model.
