Abstract

В статье рассматривается роль государства как собственника и регулятора корпоративных отношений. На данных по уральским акционерным обществам автор выявляет основные тенденции во взаимоотношениях государства и крупного бизнеса, проявленные кризисом. Усилившаяся практика системы обменов между государством и бизнесом поддерживает внутреннюю неэффективность компаний. Существующая модель корпорации не способна создать стимулов для долгосрочного развития. The article examines the role of the state as shareholder and regulator of corporate relations. For data on the Ural joint stock companies by identifying the main trends in relations between the state and big business, the manifestation of the crisis. Strengthen the practice of exchanges between government and business support inefficient domestic companies. The current model of the corporation is not able to create incentives for long-term development.
