Институциональный Аспект Развития Инновационной Системы В России: Существующие И Новые Формы Посредничества

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена роль отдельных институтов в развитии Национальной инновационной системы России. Особая роль отведена государству в его политике на макро- и микроуровне. Рассмотрено состояние института инфраструктуры на примере разнообразия форм стартовой поддержки инновационных разработок, развития инноваций в рамках специальных организаций и образований. Предложено совершенствование института инновационных посредников посредством создания механизмов и организаций для роста инновационных фирм на разных стадиях инновационного бизнеса, а также предложены формы инновационного посредничества, которые позволят повысить инновационную активность со стороны фирм.
