Основные Факторы Стоимости Патента И Его Оценка Методом Реальных Опционов

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы оценки стоимости патентов на основании модели Блэка – Шоулза. Предполагается, что обладание патентом аналогично праву собственности на реальный опцион колл на базовый актив (патент) с ценой исполнения равной издержкам коммерциализации. Описанный подход используется для фактического расчета стоимости патента на мастер-панель сывороток гепатита В, полученного в результате исследований в рамках проекта 1803p Международного научно-технического центра (МНТЦ) и ГНЦ ВБ «Вектор».
