Методы Анализа Эффективности Проектов Для Обоснования Государственной Поддержки

Abstract

В период перехода к инновационному пути развития возникает потребность в разработке особого подхода к оценке инвестиционных проектов, который включает анализ общественной эффективности в качестве важнейшей составной части. Применение такого подхода необходимо для общественно значимых проектов, требующих государственной поддержки и применения особых механизмов их реализации на основе принципов частно-государственного партнерства. В статье представлен обзор зарубежных и отечественных подходов к анализу издержек и выгод и соответствующему анализу общественной эффективности.
