Оценка Эффективности Работы Муниципального Здравоохранения В Рамках Современных Подходов К Оценке Эффективности Предоставления Общественных Благ

Abstract

Автор рассматривает проблемы, которые возникают при оценке эффективности услуг муниципального здравоохранения в рамках общепринятых моделей теории общественных благ. В результате делается вывод о том, что, хотя муниципальное здравоохранение должно ориентироваться на критерии Парето-оптимальности, практическое применение данного критерия невозможно в силу объективных оценочных сложностей.
