Методика Оценки Экономической Эффективности Бизнес-Процессов Предприятия

Abstract

В данной статье предложена авторская методика оценки интегральной экономической эффективности бизнес-процессов предприятия. Интегральная экономическая эффективность бизнес-процессов определяется посредством расчета трех ключевых показателей: эффективности бизнес-процессов по времени, стоимости и качеству. Методика позволяет выявлять эффективные бизнес-процессы предприятия и бизнес-процессы, требующие проведения реинжиниринга с целью их оптимизации.
